PLADUO is an instrument
used to coagulate tissues using
radiofrequency energy.
Principle of Operation
This high-frequency surgical instrument consists of a power supply high-frequency resonator, control panel, handpiece, and output applicator, casters attached for easy mobility. A magnetron generates 2.45 G Hz microwave energy, which is amplified through a resonance tube and delivere to the applicator via the handpiece. After powering on, the user selects the ga type, heat level, and emission interval, presses the ‣ button to prepare, and then activates emission using the handpiece button or foot switch. The emitted energy momentarily heats tissue and induces coagulation.

PLADUO can generate plasma three times per second, at a maximum of 3 Hz,
and can form and irradiate plasma 180 times per minute.
